Warrior XFit- FITNESS FOR WOMEN

Everyone wants to lose some weight, tone up, and get in shape. But as women we are also very self-conscious of ourselves. We don't like to let loose, have our hair a mess, and sweat up a storm around other people. That is where Kruger's Warrior XFit comes into play. This class was designed by and is taught by women with the same goals as you. No mirrors are in the classroom and it is a private room in the back.

This program was recently reinvented by Mrs. Kruger and will run three nights a week for thirty-forty minutes. The class will always give you a workout and you get out what you put in. Kick boxing, aerobics, step, yoga ball work does in circuit training format- it is all designed with you in mind. Put in what you can, and you WILL see results.

 Monday & Wednesday nights from 5:30-6 pm in the back classroom. Wear what you want, bring some water, and be ready to push yourself! Call 442-2282 for additional details. I WILL SEE YOU SOON!
